This policy explains what Lip Fillers NYC collects, why, and who sees it. Lip Fillers NYC is operated by an independent referral service. It is not a medical provider, clinic or med spa, and you can reach it through the contact page. Last updated October 2026.
What the request form collects
The forms ask for your name and email, and if you choose, your phone number, your borough or neighborhood or ZIP code, what you are looking into, when you are thinking of treatment, and a short message. The forms do not ask for your medical history, medications, conditions, photos, age or date of birth. Please do not put medical details in the message; the provider asks about your health in person.
Consent and the record we keep
Every form carries a consent checkbox that is never ticked in advance. When you send a request, the site keeps a record of it: the form values, the date and time, the page you sent it from, your IP address and browser details, and the consent text you agreed to. This record shows what you agreed to and when.
Who sees your request
Your request is read by the people who run Lip Fillers NYC and is shared with one or more independent, licensed providers in or near New York City so they can contact you about it by email or phone. Those providers are separate businesses with their own privacy policies, and what you tell them directly is governed by their policies and by the rules that apply to health care providers.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for any purpose other than answering your request, except where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use basic cookies and analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, and to stop spam on the forms. Your form details are not sent to advertising or analytics tools. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
How long we keep it
Requests and their consent records are kept for as long as needed to answer the request and to show what was agreed, and then deleted. Providers keep what they receive under their own policies.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by sending a message through the contact page. We will also ask the providers who received your request to delete it. You can tell a provider at any time that you no longer want to be contacted.
Children
This site is meant for adults. The FDA approves lip fillers for adults only, and we do not knowingly collect requests from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with its date. See also the terms of use.
